Magic Inn’s Overview
Magic Inn falls into the category of games that start off seeming easy but quickly draw you in. Here you are managing an inn with not just food and rooms but also with magic, ghosts, and constructing your legacy.
It just seemed to me, when I first played it, something about serving dishes and keeping guests happy. I now know it goes much deeper. You could hire professional chefs, or try to be one yourself. I personally chose to cook, given my penchant for experimentation with games. I felt the whole process was satisfying: working towards collecting rare ingredients and putting together dishes that would, for sure, wow the guests.
It doesn’t end just there. You also need to get in touch with local farmers, winemakers, and occasionally travel in search of special items. It’s exhilarating when you get the guests of royalty to visit, especially when it is the King. It goes to show how worthy your inn is!
What sets this matter apart for me is the ghost system. I was terrified at the beginning. Rather than foes, they could be allies if you managed to learn the right spells. They even offered a useful reward. It feels weird yet awesome that they are helping you out in running the inn better.
Guests are the core of an inn. Small conversations, helping them out, or even giving a small gift go a long way. I noticed the minute I built trust, my guests began recommending the inn, which opened up new chances for me, plus special items.
Some of these guests are secret judges. They decide whether or not your inn deserves those 5 stars. I had to be extra observant to notice them. Once in a while, it takes a little rule-bending, a sneaky gift slip or two, and some crafty little tricks to keep them placated.
Once the five stars were finally reached, the game opened up more. The focus shifts away from merely managing your inn into traveling on one grand adventure that involves magic, redemption, and self-reflection. The inn can be customized, wherein magical creatures can be collected and card duels fought, with conversations turning into a strategy exercise.
Magic Inn, to me, is much more than a management game. This game is all about relationship-building, mysteries, and leaving behind a magical legacy that calls for you again and again. You may also be interested in: Deep Sleep – Labyrinth of the Forsaken Free Download for Windows PC
