Rome In A Day drops you into a brutal battle to save your tribe from the unyielding power of Rome. It’s 100 B.C., the Cimbrian War is fading, and you’ve just been given the worst news—Rome’s legions are on their way to your village. You have one day to defend it, so start constructing right away because come sundown, it’s gonna get crazy.

You play as a Germanic tribe, building defenses, developing your resources, and preparing to fight off waves of Roman soldiers. Managing your resources is crucial as you lead a barbarian force with a variety of brutal units, such as bears that have been bred to tear apart foes. But the question is—Is Tyr guarding you? Will Odin inscribe your name in the Hall of the Dead, or will Rome might crush you?

The game has two main modes to dive into. In One Long Night, you defend your position by day and repel infinite Roman attacks at night—it’s constant, and survival is the objective. There’s also Wave of Rome, where you construct over a number of days, with increasingly more difficult Roman attacks each evening. The longer you play, the higher the stakes and the more aggressive the enemies become.

Your final goal? Climb to the leaderboards’ heights and stay on top. Put your buildings strategically close to resource tiles to ensure maximum yield, upgrade buildings to increase production, and produce more troops. Guard your key areas and fortify your defenses to keep the Romans in check.

So, get ready, send out your troops, and see how long you can hold off Rome. It’s time to be proud of Germanic tribes.
