This whole thing really caught me up because I remember how, while at school, boys used to say the stupidest of things, to prove their coolness in front of others, but the Colorado story, man, is something else. A girl, just twelve years old and a seventh grader, is now afraid to even step into her school because of some boys in her gym class, who keep adding very hurtful things directed at her.

The main boy in the gang told her that her family dog died because of her. As he said, the dog wanted to get away from her. And it called her a failed abortion. I honestly felt sick reading that line because I can’t even imagine saying that to anyone in my class. It’s just not funny; it’s plain cruel.

Her parents spoke to the gym teacher and the school counselor, yet the school still maintains that it is not bullying. That part confuses me because if a kid is scared to go to school and sickened thinking of gym, then how is that not bullying? The girl feels so stressed that she vomits before going to school. I got nervous before I took tests, but it wasn’t this serious.

Colorado Girl Scared To Go School After Boys In Gym Call Her A Failed Abortion And Blame Her For Dog’s Death

Her mom, Trixie Roxanne, posted everything on the Colorado Springs Moms Club Facebook page. She asked other parents for advice because the school was not helping much. She wrote how her daughter keeps hearing the same hurtful things again and again, and how her anxiety is getting worse. She also said she wants help that is not just medication, and she wants the school to take things seriously.

End of the date with a bang: Dear Community, she sought advice from the group since she feels hollowed out and wants to protect her daughter.

From here and there, parents in the group replied with a ton of emotion. One of them said it was clearly bullying and that she should contact the district. Another parent said he felt very sorry for the girl and that kids nowadays sometimes forget how to behave. Another came up with her own story, saying middle school is the hardest time. They even kept their daughter online during those years because of this kind of stuff. She would also recommend switching the girl classes if nothing else works.

Well, a bully is any kid who hurts or scares another kid with words, threats, or shame. It’s not just hitting someone. A Verbal attack does mean a lot. Calling someone names, even accusing someone of something he/she never did, and insulting someone time and again is enough to break a kid from the inside.

I know because when I was younger, I considered even a small joke from someone I did not like enough to stay in my mind all day. So hearing this repeated every day probably sounds like a nightmare.

That kind of behavior thus forbids it, because no child should be unsafe in school. You may also be interested in: Motorcycle Stunt Rider Chris Matatall Death Shakes New Hampshire Extreme Sports Community
