Take a personal journey through the magical town of Kalmaruss, playing the role of the offspring of a legendary hero. Choose your lineage, tailor your class and appearance, and dive into your new beginning! This game is the sequel to Dungeon Dreams, but it’s also a standalone experience. You’ll be the heir of Ecallia’s Champion, moving to the busy city of Kalmaruss to take part in a prestigious Challenge under Lady Elwing, one of the Magic Academy’s Triarch members. Winning means the city and Academy keys are yours—what are you waiting for? Join Victor, your old friend already studying at the Academy, who’s booked a dorm room especially for you! Walk the city streets day or night, stopping at places such as the Merchant’s Guild, Konrad’s arms shop, the Elven community, or indulge in high-end sushi with friends at a gourmet restaurant with fish directly from Kalmaruss’s nearby lake.

My minor complaint is slightly unbalanced pacing. Gaining job points is agonizingly slow, so it’s a chore to level up classes completely and change to new ones. Combat is too simplistic, with the exception of a sudden difficulty spike at the last boss. The class balance also doesn’t feel right—heavy-armor warriors have no oomph, and their increased defense is irrelevant because damage is low in general.

Features and System Requirements

Develop your character from your heritage of parents, polishing it through abilities and personality developed during your journey.
Choose among 5 Class Trees: 1) Fighter (possible Guard career at Danthienne’s Merchants’ Guild), 2) Hunter, 3) Trickster (work with Jane and Dart at the Thieves’ Guild), 4) Apprentice Mage, or 5) Wild Mage (study with Phillip and Ark at Kalmaruss Magic Academy).
Start in a dorm room with your childhood friend, then build up wealth to afford your own place from different options (furniture purchases also available).
Do work (through minigames) and befriend locals for quests, friendships, or even romance.
Venture into a randomly generated dungeon filled with events and bosses.
