Playing LEGO Voyagers on PC felt pretty refreshing to me. The game is developed by the makers of LEGO Builder’s Journey, and this one’s more focused on player co-oping together. It’s two-player co-op, taking you and your buddy to rescue a spaceship that was left behind. Not only is there a mission, but it is really about friendship and teamwork, which I could feel very well while playing.
What LEGO Voyagers Feels Like
It’s LEGO World by actually feeling in the game. The character behaves like a real LEGO brick, as it tumbles around, jumping and snapping together to be built in detail.
The story is told without heavy dialogue, brick environments, and a soundtrack that gives the game a calm and deep vibe. It’s simple but gives you something to think about.
Play With a Friend
Co-op is the greatest attraction of LEGO Voyagers. You can work together on the same screen or online. I did try both, and honestly, it was way more fun to play side by side on one screen. But if your buddy doesn’t have the game, there’s the Friend’s Pass. One person with LEGO Voyagers can have the full co-op experience together without paying double. That’s a smart option, I really appreciated.
What I Liked Personally
Some levels posed puzzles for my cousin and me that required serious teamwork. At first, we messed up quite a bit, and then gradually we learned to build and solve things together. The sense of satisfaction when both bricks snap together to create a solution is what reminded me that in-game fun is shared and not just purely solitary.
