I hadn’t expected Little Witch in the Woods Free Download for the PC to be a peaceful experience; however, that is exactly what it turned out to be. You will play Ellie, a student witch sent off to Lucerein Ortu, which is the homeland of witch-kind. The Witch House is your new home, and the story begins from there.
It feels more like a combination of role-playing and life simulation. You walk around and see creatures, collect reagents for potion-making, and, of course, brew potions. Admittedly, I spent so much time fishing and decorating my little house at the expense of the actual story. You can definitely enjoy the beauty of Little Witch in the Woods out there.
The Witch Life and Exploration
Flying around on your broomstick was one of my favorites. There’s so much varied terrain, from forests to caves to cliffs to lakes. New areas have new surprises in store. Sometimes it is in the form of an adorable animal, and sometimes it is just a little hidden item for your Witch’s Book. The other big element of the game is potions. You collect herbs, plants, and odd materials, and then you create potions that help you solve puzzles or unlock new areas. Simple, yet with a great sense of satisfaction.
Villagers and Their Stories
Not just mere objects hanging in the setting are the nearby villagers. They all have their little problems that Ellie, the apprentice, solves. At first, you’re just this random stranger; slowly, they start to warm up to you. I recall one villager I helped with a peculiar task; later, I found out about their background. The more you work at it, the more you realize every villager has their own unique story. This made me feel eager to engage with all of them instead of just skipping countless dialogues.
