You’ll go out, gather supplies, maybe piece together some of the mystery, and scurry back home before things get even crazier. Once you’re back inside, you can relax—cook a meal, mess around with games, build useful tools, or shoot the breeze with neighbors who’ve managed to avoid the madness up until now.

Combat is turn-based, pitting you against more than 150 individually crafted, freaky opponents. It’s not simply about swinging and ducking—you’ll need to gauge enemy range and improvise weapons from the surrounding clutter. Each battle keeps your senses heightened, always planning for the next round.

As you probe deeper, you’ll encounter a cast of odd, occasionally insane characters. A couple can be enlisted to be part of your apartment team, providing them shelter as you work to unravel the unfolding horror. The mood remains eerie, keeping you guessing all along.
