When I first tried it, Machick 2 Free Download (v1.0.8) turned out to be a surprisingly fun game on my PC. It was quite silly at first because it was about a chicken with magic, but building a character turned out to be addictive pretty fast.
Machick 2 has many different ways to create your own wand. So I remember trying random magic combos and launching waves of frogs at people without even thinking about it. That’s probably the essence: every round feels different in terms of fighting endless frogs, odd bosses, and a totally chaotic battlefield.
Then there’s the whole explosion spectacle that happens as you upgrade your skills, most becoming just wild as if the screen’s almost swallowed by explosions and glowing effects. Personally, I enjoyed trying out powers and fusing them because the results are oftentimes totally unexpected.
Exploring the map continues to keep things fresh. You’ll come across treasure chests that hand over to you accessories from different worlds. These items do not just switch things up in how you play; they also give your chicken an amusing look. One time, I managed to get my chicken to look pretty ridiculous while still being overly powerful.
Also, a cool thing is the relic system. You collect pieces of a sacred relic called Clucktheon. Once you complete them, the ancient chicken powers can be called down to completely destroy your frog armies. That was super satisfying for me, especially for giant bosses.
Boss battles are those epic ones. Those fights are huge and dangerous, and at times, you barely survive. But honestly, the feeling of defeating them is worth it. I have lost count of how many attempts I made to finally get one boss defeated. It drives you to try more builds and just get better.
