Military Conflict Vietnam – The First Person Shooter that You Need
It’s 1968, and the Vietnam War has witnessed some of the most intense years. This is the premise of Military Conflict Vietnam, a first-person shooter letting you choose sides between the Viet Cong and the US Army. Well, for me, it was the atmosphere that really drew me in. The maps, the weapons, and the sounds just trap you centuries into an old war movie,
This is unlike most of the games you see today; there are no push-for-microtransactions in this game. Everything came with the base game, and new added content is without any cost. That, to me, is quite a big deal. I don’t like games where I need to pay that extra money just to unlock tiny features.
Gameplay Experience
Survival, speedy reactions-that is really what this game is about. In addition to that, you have over 200 well-thought-out weapons at your disposal, and you always have that unique experience in every fight. Sometimes, running through the enemy base does the trick; at other times, patience works better. I have tried my hand at both styles, and honestly, I have respawned many times before adjusting to the maps.
Multiplayer lobbies become enjoyable when active; however, I spent quite a great deal of time in the single-player options. Play co-op with a friend; it makes it all the more fun, especially with trying out the different missions of DLC.
DLCs Included
Rainbow Herbicides – Showcasing the effects of chemicals like Agent Orange in real battlefields, I played this mission in co-op, and it left me feeling heavy but at the same time realistic.
Rhodesian Bush War – Multiplayer-oriented playable scenario set in Africa. It reminded me of old shooters during the days when I was in internet cafes playing war games with buddies.
They were both made free by the developers, which earns them a huge plus.

Personal Thoughts
For me, Military Conflict Vietnam is really a kind of combination of between old-school shooters and modern war games. It is still in early access and not polished in every way, yet that does not take away from the action and gunplay.
All updates and future content will be free, making it even better. I think that more studios should be inspired to follow this model, as it binds players to be loyal to the game without forcing any extra payments on them.
