Wield the AK, revolver, shotgun, and more, or lean on puzzle-solving and quest-completion skills to succeed. The game has a very psychological feel, particularly with the way some of the rooms and areas are designed—I enjoyed the part where the walls moved, which resulted in the AKM pickup. Some of the areas, however, were a bit too sparse, and sometimes it felt like a walking simulator with enemies popping up right in front of you 80% of the time.

I liked the razor-sharp corners you walk through at the beginning of the adventure. I only wished that the horror ambiance stayed all the way through. There were not enough spooky, ominous sound cues—such as screams, weeping, or whispers. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the frame of mind that went into creating sections of the map. The visuals and atmosphere were good, although I would have liked the capability to adjust the FOV just a little bit. The game was solid in general! The movement was silky, the guns appeared sharp and felt good in the hands, and the animations were pretty solid, even if some were a bit primitive.
