Frank Korczukowski from Washington, New Jersey, passed away on December 2, 2025. His family is experiencing a tough time, and many people in the area are feeling the loss. It’s heartbreaking to lose someone so young. I understand the weight of this because my own family faced something similar; stories like this resonate deeply with me.
A GoFundMe page revealed that Frank struggled with mental health issues for a long time. The post noted that no one is ever truly prepared for mental illness and how it can take control of someone you care about. Mental illness can affect anyone.
The fundraiser aims to raise 18,000 dollars to support the Korczukowski family with funeral costs. People in Washington, NJ, and nearby areas are rallying behind them.
Frank was known for his kindness and willingness to help those around him. He was a devoted family man who deeply cared for his loved ones. He cherished his wife, Cindy Korczukowski, and their three children: Jacob, John, and Sarah.
All three kids grew up as strong athletes thanks to Frank’s positive encouragement. Jacob Korczukowski played lacrosse for Centenary University and Warren Hills Regional High School. He earned several titles, including All-Conference and First Team All-Pooley Division. He is now an assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Warren Hills.
Sarah Korczukowski played field hockey at Rutgers University and Stevens Institute of Technology. She also received numerous honors. Now, she works as an information security analyst at Marotta Controls.

The youngest son, John Korczukowski, played lacrosse and football at Warren Hills and recently graduated. Frank never missed their games and always cheered them on. Many parents in my school did the same, and it felt great to see someone so proud of their kids.
John expressed his sadness on social media. He shared a picture with his father and wrote, “Rest Easy Dad, I Love You.”
Frank Korczukowski worked as a warehouse specialist and locksmith apprentice.
In addition to being a loving father and husband, Frank worked hard for his community. He was a warehouse specialist at New York Fire Door in Hackettstown, New Jersey, and he was learning as a locksmith apprentice at Reliable Lock and Safe.
Before that, he spent two years as a delivery driver at Port Murray Auto Salvage and nearly twenty-nine years as a lineman at Verizon. Frank graduated from West Orange High School in 1988.
He leaves behind his wife, Cindy, their three kids, and his siblings, cousins, and the rest of his family. They will share details about the funeral and memorial service soon. You may also be interested in: Broussard Louisiana Mourns Young Wrestling Talent Jacob Wayne Wallace
